Our artisanal spaghetti is produced by Martavaltzoglou family, a family run business to the north of Greece which operates for three generations, maintaining traditional methods and cooking well-kept recipes.
This spaghetti is made with Dinkel flour (or Spelt) which was an important staple in parts of Europe in ancient till medieval times. In the new market is considered as a healthy food and it is used for making artisanal pasta or bread. It has a slightly sweet flavour and it is rich in many nutrients, such as protein and minerals.
