1. How can I place an order at ergonfoods.com?
It’s easy! You click on our “Shop” category on our main menu. You will be able to see our products’ sub-categories, and browse through them. When you find a product you are interested in, you add it in your cart. When your cart is ready, you click the “Checkout” button and you complete your order.
2. Do I need to create an account to shop at ergonfoods.com? How do I register?
We suggest you create an account, as it is an easy and convenient way to save shipping and billing information, view current order status, record past orders, and save wish lists that you can share. To register click here and fill the info needed.
3. Why I cannot add an item in my shopping bag?

4. The item I’m looking for is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?
Our e-shop offers an ERGON is a selection of premium quality Greek products. Online orders are processed separately from our in-store operations, so having a product in the store does not guarantee its online availability. Our high-quality goods come from small Greek producers, and while we do our best to keep our bestselling products available, demand can sometimes outstrip supply. 5. How do I know that my order was placed?
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please review the information to make sure it’s correct. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes of placing the order, check your junk mail or other folders.
6. I made a mistake in my order. How can I fix it?
You can change your order within 30 minutes from the moment you place it. After this period, due to the immediate order processing, we cannot change your order. 7. I’m having trouble completing my order. What should I do?

8. I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?
You have to remember you e-mail address and the password that you used when initially registered with us, so to be able to log in. If the e-mail and password are recognized as invalid, and you can’t remember the right ones, please, click the selection “Have you forgotten your password?”. 10. How much does shipping cost for my online order?
Your shipping costs depend on your location, your order’s size and weight. Before you place your purchase, the shipping costs will be automatically calculated and showed to you before the payment procedure.
11. I just placed my order. When will it ship?
Magic needs a bit of time! It will take us 2-3 working days to prepare your order.
12. I just realized that I entered the wrong shipping address! Can I fix it?
If you notice an error in the shipping address, please reach out to us right away. While we cannot guarantee that the information can be updated, it’s usually possible as long as the order has not been prepared for shipment. We are only responsible for shipping to the address as entered. We cannot modify or redirect orders once they are shipped.
13. In the event that I am not satisfied with my purchase, can I return it?

Our return policy for non-perishable items lasts 30 days. In this period of time, you contact us at eshop@ergonfoods.com or at +30 2310 284224, and let us know about the return.
If 30 days have passed since you purchased your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
