Servings: 4
Time: 15 - 20 minutes

Method:

1) Melt the butter. Grind the honey and almond cookies until they turn into powder. Combine the ground cookies, crushed almonds, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well.

2) Whip the cream and powdered sugar in a mixer until it forms stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, sweetener, and liquid vanilla. Stir until well incorporated. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

3) In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients for the peach sauce. Simmer over medium heat until the peaches soften slightly and the sauce thickens.

4) Press the prepared base mixture into the bottom of a serving dish or individual dessert glasses. Pour the chilled cream mixture over the base, spreading it evenly. Drizzle the peach sauce over the cream layer.

5) Refrigerate the dessert for a few hours or until set. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Note: Feel free to adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
