Twisted pasta with spinach and feta cheese

When you don’t know what to cook, pasta will always be the answer. This pasta dish transforms our favourite vitamin-rich spinach into a delicious meal, perfect for those weeknights when you're craving something filling and flavourful and you don't want to wait.

Time: 20 minutes

Method:

1) Add some olive oil into a large pan and cook the scallion and baby spinach for about 5 minutes over medium-high fire, until soft.

2) Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Cook the twisted pasta following pack instructions and make sure to keep 1/2 a cup of their water aside, before draining them.

3) Add pasta into the pan with the spinach together with the pasta water and season with salt & pepper to taste. Cook for 1 more minute over high fire. Set off fire, add feta cheese and basil leaves and you are ready to serve!

250 g Ergon twisted pasta with spinach

100 g baby spinach

50 g feta cheese

1 scallion

Basil leaves

Olive oil

Salt & pepper
