Smooth panna cotta with fruit preserves

This delicate, creamy panna cotta served with a fragrant, rich in taste Ergon preserve is a must try! It’s a deceptively fast recipe and will become your favourite treat after a meal. Besides, who doesn’t love indulging in a delightful dessert after a good supper?

Time: 40 minutes

Method:

1) In a small bowl soak gelatine in water and let stand about 10 minutes until soft and in another one, pour the buttermilk.

2) Place a medium pan over medium heat, add milk and caster sugar, and bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Set off fire and stir in gelatines.

3) Add the mixture into the bowl with the buttermilk and continue stirring. Divide the mixture in equal parts among 6 ramekins and chill at least 5-6 hours.

4) Turn the ramekins upside down to release the cream and top with the preserve of your choice.

Ingredients:

500 ml buttermilk

100 ml milk

100 g caster sugar

4 sheets gelatine

Ergon preserves of your choice (sour cherry, walnut, fig, etc)
